Hi, I’m Ale

I bake and decorate every AlesCake cake by hand, one at a time, for birthdays, quinceañeras, graduations and every celebration in between.

What I love most is the moment a family sees their cake for the first time. Tell me about your party, your colors, and the little details that matter to you, and I’ll turn them into a cake you’ll remember.

with love, Ale
